The code provided for online reservations is very specific for the dates of the conference Dec 26th-Dec 29th, 2019. Booking extra nights is permitted, however you must call Trout Lodge directly to make your reservation.

We offer discounted conference pricing for families with 3 or more children and also for groups of 10 or more adults traveling together. Pets have been permitted at the Lodge under these terms: A non-refundable pet deposit of $150 plus $50 for each additional pet is due. Pets can only be accommodated in the Forestview Cabins which also have an additional per night fee due to large space. This may or may not be a comparable option for you in comparison to kenneling your pet. Call the lodge directly to book this way.

Attending the Conference/ Ticket Questions

What time does the event start?

Early registration begins at 3pm on Thursday, December 26th. Events for this evening will be scheduled to encourage everyone to get there in advance of the official conference start time of 9am, Friday December 27th. Thursday night there will be book signings, Q&A's, meet and greet and best of all the YMCA overnight price includes a buffet style dinner for all those staying on-site! Video Streaming of the event is officially planned to begin 9am Friday the 27th, but we anticipate a BONUS stream to occur Thursday evening as well as a special message from a surprise friend.

What if I can't make it to early registration?

We will surely miss you, but you will not miss your chance to see all of our main headliner presenters. Early registration is included as a free event as incentive to get folks checked in and ready for the weekend, but is by no means the main bulk of the weekend. Friday through Sunday will be jam packed with amazing inspiration to get out of captivity.

What time does the conference end on Sunday?

The YMCA has a strict "check-out" policy of 11:30 AM. Lunch (served after that time) is still included in your Saturday night room reservation (if you stay on site). We will also have a last Up Close and Personal panel style stage event for all those who are able to stay after lunch. However, to be clear, the Lodge still requires that all rooms be vacated for on time check-out of 11:30am. For this reason, if it is feasible for your family we suggested staying another night to check out Monday morning for a leisurely and hassle-free check out and of course, more fellowship that afternoon and evening.

YMCA Trout Lodge is not open on December 25th! What if we would like to get into town a day early since we are travelling from a distance?

It is unfortunate, but Trout Lodge is closed to observe christmas, December 25th. If you would like to get into town the previous day, the Super 8 in Potosi, MO will be open with discounted rate on 25th of December. They are 15 minutes drive from the Trout Lodge.

What will my room have in it? Will I have a refrigerator?

Standard style guest rooms do not come with a refrigerator. If you elect to stay in a loft room or family cabin style accommodation, there are small refrigerators included in the room.

Can we stay at Trout Lodge for an extra evening following the conference?

This is an option for families, yes! The YMCA's strict check-out policy is 11:30am with no exceptions, though they do allow all guests to participate for the remainder of the day in lunch and activities offered by the lodge. Families may elect to stay an additional night checking out on Monday December 30th which would mean reserving an additional night's stay, but would allow for another days meals and lodging. This entirely up to each individual attendee, and many of our speakers may stay an additional night.

Is the conference wheelchair/handicapped accessible?

Yes, the Lodge does have and elevator and accessible rooms. Please call the Judy Bagnardi at the YMCA Trout Lodge, directly to ensure that your specific needs are provided for at (573) 438-2154 ext 260.

Additional Questions/ Information

Do you have tables / spots available for vendors?

If you would like to be a vendor at our conference, please send an email to info@raisinguptheremnant@gmail.com with the word “VENDOR” in the subject line for information, pricing, and availability.

I'm a vegetarian, will there be food options for me?

Yes, there will be! We will be working very closely with the food service providers to incorporate varied meal options that include both vegetarian and gluten free foods

How far will the children be from the adults?

In most cases, the children's activities and events will be in areas directly adjoined to the main stage presentation. We so desire this weekend to be a safe and edifying experience for even our littlest, that we will not be openly inviting voluteers for the ministry, nor will we allow anyone to work with our kids without a thorough and scrutinized vetting process. We will also be working on a system for dropping off and picking up children for each session that assures parents of their child's security. All of these efforts aside, we ask that parents be extremely diligent and mindful of their own children's whereabouts for the entire weekend. Raising up the Remnant staff and YMCA staff request that children under the age of 12 never be left unattended in areas around the lodge at any hour of day.

Do you need any voluteers?

At this time, we are not in need of any volunteers unless you are a local resident living within an hour of Potosi Missouri. Please use the conference email info@raisinguptheremnant.com to reach us if you are local to the conference and are interested in helping.

Will the event be live streamed? Will you be selling DVDs of the event?

We intend to offer Live Streaming of the event and details will be released closer to the date of the conference.
