1. Terms

By accessing the website at www.raisinguptheremnant.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Raising Up The Remnant website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    1. modify or copy the materials;

    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Raising Up The Remnant website;

    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

    5. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Raising Up The Remnant at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

  1. The materials on the Raising Up The Remnant website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Raising Up The Remnant makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

  2. Further, Raising Up The Remnant does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Raising Up The Remnant or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Raising Up The Remnant website, even if Raising Up The Remnant or a Raising Up The Remnant authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on the Raising Up The Remnant website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Raising Up The Remnant does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Raising Up The Remnant may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Raising Up The Remnant does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links

Raising Up The Remnant has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Raising Up The Remnant of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

7. Modifications

Raising Up The Remnant may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Raising Up The Remnant Refund & Revocation Policy

All Raising Up The Remnant Credentials are the sole property of Raising Up The Remnant may, in its sole discretion and at any time determined by Raising Up The Remnant  cancel, revoke or refuse from any individual or company the following: Credentials, purchases, and/or hotel reservations made through Raising Up The Remnant Housing. Raising Up The Remnant will not be responsible for any penalty, fee, loss, or expense that might result from such action.

Raising Up The Remnant Conference: Raising Up The Remnant issues no refunds under any circumstances. Any and all payments made to Raising Up The Remnant are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use Raising Up The Remnant Credentials due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, or loss of employment. Raising Up The Remnant will not issue refunds for Credentials that have been revoked. Raising Up The Remnant may at its sole discretion, offer a direct exchange for conference tickets (e.g. Live Streaming, Digital Download, or other product) in place of a refund on a case-by-case basis. In extreme cases Raising Up The Remnant may at its sole discretion make exceptions and process refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Unused Credentials have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events. Raising Up The Remnant will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem. (i.e. Unused conference credentials cannot be credited or exchanged AFTER the event. The purchaser will forfeit the full amount of their purchase.)

Other Products: Raising Up The Remnant typically ships products within 2 – 24 hours of receipt of orders – Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. As such, canceling orders is not feasible. Any exchanges will be granted on a case-by-case basis and any related costs including shipping, will be at the purchaser’s expense.

Live Streaming / VOD (Video on Demand)

Raising Up The Remnant will strive to provide Live Streaming to license holders (those who have purchased live streaming from Raising Up The Remnant  from the start of the first speaker until the end of the conference to the extent possible by all means under Raising Up The Remnant's control. Because of the variables and nature of technology, Raising Up The Remnant makes no warranties about the consistency of the live stream and can take no responsibility for dropouts in the live stream, or other unforeseen interruptions to service. Raising Up The Remnant also cannot take any responsibility for the integrity of the user’s hardware (computer or device), the user’s internet signal bandwidth, or any other consideration outside of the control of Raising Up The Remnant  For this reason, Raising Up The Remnant is providing VOD (Video on Demand) to allow streaming purchasers to view any missed content for up to 30 days after the conference. Raising Up The Remnant purchases streaming spots in advance. As such, there are absolutely no refunds for streaming. Raising Up The Remnant may substitute a Digital Download of the conference at its sole discretion should Raising Up The Remnant not be able to provide Live Streaming to customers.

Use of Credentials

Credentials will need to be purchased for a Participant’s continued access to the Events, including showcases, parties and conference content. Use of a Credential by anyone other than the authorized individual will result in revocation of the Credential without any refund.

Raising Up The Remnant Credentials are issued to, can be picked up by, and used by only the individual named in the registration. Raising Up The Remnant Credentials are non-transferable after they have been picked up. Raising Up The Remnant badges/wristbands allow the holder entry to specific defined events, but cannot guarantee admission to every Raising Up The Remnant event. Event admission is subject to venue capacity and age restrictions in compliance with state and local laws. Age restrictions are specific to each venue.

Raising Up The Remnant Credentials may not be used as a prize in any form of promotion, contest, game, or sweepstakes without written pre-approval from Raising Up The Remnant.

Lost & Found

Lost and Found will be located at Registration during the Events. Participants can drop off found items at the Registration Help Desks during the Events. Participants can also email a description of an item and the location it was lost/found to info@raisinguptheremnant.com. After sixty (30) days following the event, unclaimed lost and found items may be disposed of at Raising Up The Remnant’s discretion.

Recording Rights

Photographs and/or audio/video recordings taken at the Events by Raising Up The Remnant, or others on behalf of Raising Up The Remnant  may include a Participant’s image, name, voice and/or likeness. By attending and/or participating in the Events, each Participant hereby grants Raising Up The Remnant permission to use the Participant’s photograph, image, likeness, voice and statements for any purpose, including but not limited to commercial purposes, without compensation or credit to the Participant, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.

Code of Conduct

Event Participants agree to the Raising Up The Remnant Code of Conduct. Raising Up The Remnant reserves the right, without refund, to revoke the Credentials of Participants whose conduct violates the Code of Conduct.

Raising Up The Remnant EVENTS are not a place for conversations, discussions, and behavior that are intentionally inappropriate, off-topic, disruptive, or abusive. Raising Up The Remnant defines inappropriate behavior as any form of verbal or physical abuse, the use of derogatory or discriminatory language, gestures or actions, any form of harassment, racism, sexism, or any other targeted comments which are intended to cause personal offense to another Raising Up The Remnant participant either in-person at the event, or the violation of any local or state laws.

Raising Up The Remnant may take action in its discretion against any individual(s) or group(s) it believes fail to meet the standards set forth in this Code of Conduct, including but not limited to revoking the violating parties’ credentials without refund.

Please contact Raising Up The Remnant Administration (info@raisinguptheremnant.com), if you believe you’ve observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, and Raising Up The Remnant will work to assess the situation and to respond as soon as possible. Please remember that notifying Raising Up The Remnant does not constitute or replace a notification to local law enforcement.

All violations of the law should be reported to local law enforcement. For emergencies, immediately dial 9-1-1, or non-emergencies, the local Police Department.

Safe Environment

Raising Up The Remnant is a private event and maintains a respect for the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Raising Up The Remnant seeks to encourage a safe and secure event environment. Participants are encouraged to responsible behavior if carrying weapons of any kind, including concealed or displayed firearms and comply with all local, state and federal laws. Raising Up The Remnant reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without refund, to deactivate and/or revoke the Credentials of Participants who violate any event, local, state or federal policy. Participant agrees that this policy is in force, and agrees to comply with the policy. Each Participant understands that participating in the Events is voluntary and may involve certain risks of physical injury, damage to property, and other damages or losses that may be sustained by a Participant. Each Participant assumes all risk of damages, property loss, and personal injury which may occur by participating in the Events.

Legal Notices

IN NO EVENT SHALL RAISING UP THE REMNANT BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT’S USE OF THE REGISTRATION, CREDENTIALS AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENTS, EVEN IF RAISING UP THE REMNANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

EXCEPT AS MAY BE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENTS, AND ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENTS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR OTHERWISE, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR SAFETY, OR ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING. RAISING UP THE REMNANT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.

Each Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Raising Up The Remnant and its officers, employees, volunteers, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, demands and all other liabilities, including, but not limited to, costs and attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with each Participant’s use of the registration(s) or Credentials, or any Participant’s violation of the Terms.

The Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Each Participant and Raising Up The Remnant hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States federal and state courts located in Montana and agrees that any such court will be the proper forum for the determination of any dispute arising hereunder.

Each Participant has read, understands, and agrees to the Terms & Conditions of Raising Up The Remnant, which are incorporated herein by this reference.

Raising Up The Remnant reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time without notice to each Participant, so please check back and review the Terms from time to time. In the event that any term or provision of the Terms shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such term or provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or provision.

The following are general rules for the Raising Up The Remnant Conference. To ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests, please observe and respect the following:

General Conference Rules & Policies

In the interest of public safety, all guests and items on their person are subject to search prior to entry into the Raising Up The Remnant Conference or other Raising Up The Remnant produced Conferences, including members of the media. By requesting entry into the True Legends Conference or other conferences, all guests are agreeing to be subjected to a thorough pat-down search if necessary, including emptying pockets and bags, and having those items examined. Individuals not agreeing to the aforementioned security measures will not be permitted into the True Legends Conference or other conferences. Public Safety Officers shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the True Legends Conference or other conferences, who in the sole and absolute discretion of Raising Up The Remnant are in violation of rules, which may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.

Also, within the Raising Up The Remnant Conference or other Raising Up The Remnant Conferences, all vehicles on, entering, or exiting the premises are subject to search or inspection by Public Safety Officers or Peace Officers at their discretion. Please note, camping and/or overnight parking is not permitted on the premises.

We reserve the right to not allow any bag, package, or any other item to be brought into the Conference and to deal with any unattended item or object in a manner we consider appropriate.

Please show courtesy to fellow guests and employees by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running and climbing railings, fences, and barriers.

Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. Any form of costume or mask may not be worn by guests over the age of 10. We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate, or attire that could be considered offensive, disrespectful, or inappropriate to others.

For the comfort of all guests and employees, smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or any other products that produce a vapor or smoke are allowed only in designated smoking areas.

Children under the age of 14 are to be supervised and accompanied at all times.

Videotaping, or recording of any kind for commercial purposes is prohibited. Commercial photography must obtain written prior permission. In addition, live streaming or other recording of films or videos featured at the Raising Up The Remnant Conference or other events, for social media purposes or for other uses is prohibited, due to copyright restrictions.

Prohibited Items

The following items may not be brought into the Raising Up The Remnant Conference:

  • Large bags or backpacks

  • Illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia

  • Firearms are permitted, as long as they are legal and carried in accordance with local ordinances.

  • Other weapons of any kind, or objects that could appear to be weapons

  • Knives with blades over 4 inches

  • Flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks

Prohibited Activities

  • Selling of any goods or services not authorized by the Raising Up The Remnant Conference

  • Unauthorized distribution of any printed materials or recorded materials.

  • Unauthorized demonstrations, religious ceremonies, or speeches

  • Engaging in unsafe acts or behaviors

Rights of the Raising Up The Remnant Conference

  • Vandalism will be prosecuted.

  • We may photograph, video, film/record any person who enters the Raising Up The Remnant Conference for any reason without payment to that person.

  • We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave without refund, liability, or compensation if we consider that the circumstances require.

  • Raising Up The Remnant Conference rules and regulations are subject to change without notice.

  • From time to time and without prior notice and without refund, liability, or compensation, the Raising Up The Remnant may change the hours of operation if circumstances require.
